Meet Inga Marchand. Better known as the rapper Foxy Brown, Marchand, 28, was arrested yesterday by Florida cops after she allegedly went nuts at a beauty supply store in Pembroke Pines. According to a probable cause affidavit, an employee of Queen Beauty Supply spotted Marchand "utilizing beauty products" in the store's bathroom and told the performer that the shop was closed. The temperamental Marchand allegedly responded by spitting on the worker and throwing hair glue at him. When cops responded to a 911 call, Marchand swatted an officer's hand away and began "swinging her arms and struggling" with the cop. As he noted in his affidavit, Officer D. Cuba was "forced to utilize a takedown maneuver to gain control" of Marchand, who was charged with battery and obstruction of justice. She was booked into the Broward County lockup, where a sheriff's representative snapped the below mug shot. Brown has previously been arrested on several occasions, most recently for attacking manicurists at a Manhattan salon. As a result of that confrontation, Marchand was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to attend anger management classes. Following a court appearance last month in New York, Marchand told reporters that "probation forces you into structure...I have matured a lot since I started the anger management."

Spears was photographed at the valley tattoo shop "Body and Soul" in Sherman Oaks, getting a tattoo reportedly of a pair of red and pink lips on her wrist. But the biggest change to the pop singer's style? She shaved her head bald.

Spears could be seen inside the tattoo parlor with her head fully exposed, but as she left the shop she was led by her bodyguard straight to a waiting SUV. Spears had her head covered with a hooded sweatshirt to hide her new noggin. The sidewalk outside the shop was filled with fans, onlookers and paparazzi. Some fans that were interviewed after Spears departed declared the new look less than flattering.

A Chinese woman says her pet dog has taken to peeing upside down. Mrs Chen, of Changchun city, says 18-month-old 'Baby' began peeing in the new position just three months ago. "He used to pee as other dogs do. But one day I found him putting both hind legs up onto the tree to pee," she told East Asia Business News. "I thought maybe that was only for the one day. But from then on, unexpectedly, he would pee in that acrobatic position." Chen says Baby's other unusual trait is that he is a vegetarian. "He can't eat meat because it makes him throw up. So I only feed him egg yolk and corn pancakes, and that's been his main food," she said.
