I believe the pictures first surfaced at CNHTTP.com. A couple of montages of the disturbing pics: here and here. The kitten is obviously dead beforehand rather than being crushed to death as the story alleges.

These were taken at the 5th annual GM ten event last Tuesday.

Outside of the US, we don't know who the fuck this guy is. The only reason I've heard of him is because he used to be on the Stile Project cam portals a few years back.
