The Amercians are fond of warning each other 'not to take your eye off the ball'. The young ball boy on court with tennis star Bethanie Mattek could have done with that advice after he was seen staring at some altogether different. He was caught on camera staring at one of the American's contoversial skimpy outfits, that have a bit too much bounce even for a tennis player. But at least the cheeky youngster got rewarded with a smile back from the friendly 22-year-old player. Mattek paraded her pneumatic look for a doubles match with partner Sania Mirza at the US Open in New York.
